Increasing the Impact of Wikis on Project Performance: Fine‐tuning Functional Quality and Knowledge Sharing

Abstract: Project managers have been among the first to adopt wikis in the workplace. Their impact on project performance in general has been documented, but we believe that there is still much room for improvement. We addressed this issue by performing an in‐depth empirical study of wiki use in IT projects within a large public sector organization.
