Abstract:This case report details the unfortunate journey of a 59-year-old breast cancer survivor who developed secondary Retroperitoneal Fibrosis (RPF) in 2022. Despite diligent treatment efforts, her condition took a devastating turn when, in June 2023, she was diagnosed not only with persistent RPF but also with advanced liver, omental, and duodenal cancer.
