Abstract: Adipose-derived stem cells are expected to be applied to regenerative medicine for various incurable diseases including liver cirrhosis. Although microRNAs contained in extracellular vesicles (EV-miRNAs) have been implicated in their regenerative effects, the precise mechanism has not been fully elucidated.
