Abstract:OBJECTIVE: Bone marrow fibrosis in primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) has become a centre of attention since cases with fibrosis were reported during trombopoeitin receptor agonist therapies but, there have been few studies evaluating the fibrosis status of the patients at diagnosis.
