Increased levels of a subset of angiogenesis-related plasma proteins in essential thrombocythemia

Abstract: Background: Increased local angiogenesis is important for the growth and dissemination of cancer. The myeloproliferative neoplasm essential thrombocythemia (ET) is known to involve increased bone marrow angiogenesis.
