Abstract: Abstract. Pulmonary sclerosing hemangioma (PSH) is relatively rare and is usually considered a benign tumor because of its slow growth and solitary characteristics. However, several cases with lymph node metastasis have been reported, and its pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated.
