Increased expression of HSP70, HSP90 and P53 in tissue of patients with periodontal and gingivitis deseases (59.6)

Abstract: Periodontal disease (PD) is a degenerative and progressive inflammatory disease induced by supragingival plaque bacteria, which affects the tooth supporting tissue such as periodontal ligament, cementum and alveolar bone. The host response to infection by periodontal bacteria may be related to a process of acute humoral response or cellular response.
