Abstract: Background: Cutaneous melanoma (CM) guidelines put forth by the eighth edition of the American Joint Committee on Cancer (AJCC8) and the National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) do not currently account for lesion genomics when assessing prognosis.
