Incorporating Fairness into Development of an Integrated Multi-agent Online Dispute Resolution Environment

Abstract: The paper describes the development of an integrated multi-agent online dispute resolution environment called IMODRE that was designed to assist parties involved in Australian family law disputes achieve legally fairer negotiated outcomes.
