Abstract:The production of ρ(770) 0 , K * (892) 0 and φ (1020) mesons is studied in non-diffractive photoproduction processes at HERA using events measured with the H1 detector. The corresponding average γ p centre-of-mass energy is 210 GeV. The mesons are reconstructed in the rapidity range | y lab |<1 and transverse momentum range 0.5 < p T < 7 GeV. The differential cross sections are measured as a function of transverse momentum and rapidity. The data are compared to the predictions of hadroproduction models.

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
