Abstract: Rationale. Hydrogen/deuterium exchange mass spectrometry (HDX-MS) can provide precise analysis of a protein’s conformational dynamics across varied states, such as heat-denatured vs. native protein structures, localizing regions that are specifically affected by such conditional changes.
