Incidental finding of Meckel’s diverticulum in an umbilical hernia in a 60-year-old man

Abstract: Meckel's diverticulum is an outpouching in the wall of the intestine. Although it is the most common congenital abnormality of the gastrointestinal tract, diagnosing and deciding on intervention is often a matter of debate when it presents asymptomatically.
