Incidencia de valores religiosos en la regulación de derechos en el final de la vida: análisis de proyectos parlamentarios sobre el rechazo de tratamientos médicos en Argentina

Abstract: El artículo examina la influencia de valores religiosos -específicamente de la Iglesia católica- en la regulación de los derechos de los pacientes con enfermedades terminales a rechazar tratamientos por parte del Congreso Nacional de Argentina.
