Incidence Estimation in Post-ICU Populations: Challenges and Possible Solutions When Using Claims Data

Abstract: Background New or worsening cognitive, physical and/or mental health impairments after acute care for critical illness are referred to as “post-intensive care syndrome” (PICS).
