Incidence and mechanism of interruption of reentrant ventricular tachycardia with rapid ventricular pacing.

Abstract: Based on our observations in these patients, ventricular tachycardia interruption is very often associated with orthodromic block in the reentrant circuit at a critical cycle length of rapid pacing.
