Incarcerated ovarian hernia in the umbilicus

Abstract: This case regards a morbidly obese lady presenting with a massive ovarian tumour herniating through the umbilicus. Six months previously she had suffered from a life-threatening pulmonary embolus requiring supportive ventilation at the same hospital.
