Inappropriate prescription of corticosteroid therapy during inflammatory ileo‐colitis revealing disseminated tuberculosis with digestive involvement: Two case reports

Abstract: It is essential to differentiate intestinal tuberculosis from Crohn's disease because of the therapeutic implications of Crohn's disease, which can exacerbate the symptoms of tuberculosis.
