In Vitro Screening with Holographic Incoherent Quantitative Phase Imaging Focuses on Finding Medicaments for Repurposing as Anti-Metastatic Agents Designated as Migrastatics
Abstract:Live lung cancer cells in vitro were exposed to selected medicaments with putative anti- metastatic potential and examined by time-lapse hiQPI, providing simultaneous measurements of the effect on cell growth and motility with unprecedented accuracy.
