In vitro regeneration of plantlets from immature zygotic embryos of Picea chihuahuana Martínez, an endemic mexican endangered species

Abstract: Adventitious buds were induced from immature embryos of Picea chihuahuana, a species from the north of Mexico. The medium was Schenk and Hildebrandt supplemented with benzyladenine and kinetin, alone or in combination with naphthaleneacetic acid and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid.
