In Vitro Pharmacokinetic Behavior of Antiviral 3-Amidinophenylalanine Derivatives in Rat, Dog and Monkey Hepatocytes

Abstract: Type II transmembrane serine proteases represent pharmacological targets for blocking entry and spread of influenza or coronaviruses.
