In Vitro/in Silico Characterization of Active and Passive Stresses in Cardiac Muscle

Abstract: We propose a novel, robust, and easily reproducible, in vitro/in silico model system to characterize active and passive stresses in electroactive cardiac muscle using a hybrid experimental/computational approach.
