In vitro Evaluation of the Antibacterial Potential of Niosome-Encapsulated Olive Leaf Extract

Abstract: Olive leaf extract (OLE) loaded niosomes as an antibacterial agent delivery system against Escherichia coli (ATCC 25922), Salmonella Typhimurium (ATCC 14028), Listeria innocua (ATCC 33090) and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) were investigated by comparing with the antibacterial activity of free OLE.
