In vitro evaluation of the Aurora kinase inhibitor VX-680 for Hepatoblastoma

Abstract: The data provide evidence that VX-680 might improve treatment results in HB with increased Aurora kinase activity by inhibiting cell proliferation and induction of apoptosis.
