Abstract: This research is focused on cellular response to sodium metabisulphite (E223), sodium benzoate (E211), and sodium nitrite (E250) application on two normal mammalian cells, namely MCF-12A (ATCC CRL-3598) and Vero (ATCC CCL-81).
