Abstract:This study assessed the effectiveness of a trastuzumab-targeted 177Lu-labeled mesoporous Carbon@Silica nanostructure (DOTA@TRA/MC@Si) for HER2-positive breast cancer treatment, focusing on its uptake, internalization, and efflux in breast cancer cells.
