In Vitro Antimicrobial and Antioxidant Activities of Monoterpenes against some Food-Borne Pathogens

Abstract: The present work describes the antimicrobial activity of twenty-five monoterpenes against Gram-negative Escherichia coli and Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and antifungal activity against Aspergillus flavus.
