In vitro Anti-diabetic and Antioxidant Potential of the Sprout of Borassus flabellifer L. Extract

Abstract: This study aimed to evaluate in vitro free radical scavenging activity and in vitro anti-diabetic properties of extracts from the sprout of Borassus fabellifier. Antioxidant activity was performed using DPPH, ABTS, FRAP, SO, and NO inhibition methods. The enzymes (α-amylase and α- Glucosidase inhibitory activities were investigated.
