In transition: Supporting competency attainment in Black and Latinx students

Abstract: Minority students, particularly those of the Black and Latinx communities, face daunting challenges-confronted with the recent pandemic, ongoing inequality, and increased financial uncertainty due to job loss and rising unemployment.
