Abstract: Lithium–sulfur batteries (LSBs) are facing many challenges, such as the inadequate conductivity of sulfur, the shuttle effect caused by lithium polysulfide (LiPSs), lithium dendrites, and the flammability, which have hindered their commercial applications.
