In situ characterization of late Chikungunya virus replication organelle

Abstract: Chikungunya virus (CHIKV) is a mosquito-borne pathogen responsible for an acute musculo-skeletal disease in humans. The viral RNA genome replication occurs in membrane spherules named replication organelles (ROs).
