In silico studies reveal RSc1154 and RhlE as temperature-related pathogenic proteins of Ralstonia solanacearum

Abstract: This study aimed to explore the temperature-related pathogenic mechanism of Ralstonia solanacearum infection in tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.).
