In silico Prediction of Skin Sensitization: Quo vadis?

Abstract: Skin direct contact with chemical or physical substances is predisposed to allergic contact dermatitis (ACD), producing various allergic reactions, namely rash, blister, or itchy, in the contacted skin area.
