Abstract:This article investigates the notion of happiness as presented in Mawlānā D̲j̲alāl al-Dīn Rūmī’s (d. 672/1273) Mathnawī-ī Ma’nawī, examining the intersection amid the scholarly discourse on the subject within the Sufi literature.
