Abstract:Systemic in-house Consulting (SIHC) is a new phenomenon in many German-speaking multinational companies. Triggered by the increase in parallel change projects (particularly in bigger organisations), SIHC faces an almost Munchhausen-like paradoxical task: to consult and change organisations from within.
