Impulse Generation Mechanisms in a Laser-Driven In-Tube Accelerator

Abstract: To enhance laser-propulsion thrust performance, a unique Laser-driven In-Tube Accelerator (LITA) has been developed. This paper numerically analyzes the impulse generation mechanisms in LITA.
