Starting from the challenge of obtaining the usability level in numerical and linguistic terms within a user test based on the three attributes that define usability, the development of a system based on fuzzy logic is proposed for estimating the level of output usability in a test with users based on the ISO 9241-11 standard. The attributes are effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction, which have different metrics and numerical scales. For the development of the system, five methodological stages were defined: characterization of the structure of a usability test, definition of membership functions for the inputs and outputs of the system, design of the inference rules that relate the inputs and outputs, design and implementation of the fuzzy system, and development of the case study. The proposed system was implemented using the FCL (Fuzzy Control Language) and the jFuzzyLogic API that takes as inputs the values calculated for the attributes of effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction, and obtains the usability level as output considering the membership functions of the inputs and outputs, as well as a set of inference rules defined by a set of experts. As a case study, the proposed fuzzy system was validated from the results obtained in a usability test with 5 users which was developed on the Sigma Electrónica website. From the results obtained in the case study, it could be concluded that the implemented system is adequate in terms of obtaining a level of usability in numerical and linguistic terms in conventional usability tests developed in a usability laboratory considering the attributes of ISO 9241-11.

<p class="Abstract">E-commerce applications to sell various products produced by students in higher education can increase income-generating. However, a few universities still use e-commerce to sell student products, especially learning products. This research aims to produce an e-commerce application for web-based learning products in universities. The research method is development research with a research design using the waterfall model. The waterfall model procedure consists of analysis, design, coding, and testing. The system design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling such as context diagrams, class diagrams, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. The system's coding uses the PHP programming language, Jquery, and the Boostrap Framework. The testing stage is through black-box analysis carried out by experts in the field of system design, with the results of testing each case being well-integrated and feasible to be applied. The result of the research is a web-based e-commerce application that sells learning products in universities.</p>

Con el incremento en el número de aplicaciones desplegadas en la nube y el número de usuarios que pueden consumirlas, aspectos como la usabilidad se han vuelto fundamentales a la hora de promover el diseño centrado en el usuario. En este sentido uno de los métodos más difundidos de cara a la evaluación de la usabilidad de un producto software es la evaluación heurística, en la cual un grupo de evaluadores expertos identifica un conjunto de problemas de diseño teniendo en cuenta principios de usabilidad y evalúa dichos problemas usando los criterios de: severidad, frecuencia y criticidad. Con el fin de determinar de manera óptima el nivel de criticidad de los diferentes problemas identificados dentro de una inspección, en este artículo se propone el desarrollo de una herramienta basada en lógica difusa para la determinación del porcentaje de criticidad, a partir de los valores de entrada de severidad y frecuencia de cada problema. Tanto las entradas como las salidas cuentan con funciones de membresía y reglas de inferencia, descritas en el lenguaje FCL (Fuzzy Control Language). Finalmente, la herramienta propuesta fue validada a través del análisis de los resultados de una evaluación heurística realizada al Sistema Gestor de Bases de Datos Sevenet de la Industria Licorera del Cauca, de tal modo que permitió identificar los niveles de criticidad de salida de cada uno de los problemas de dicha inspección.
