Improving the efficiency of diesel engines of agricultural machines

Abstract: The article discusses the development process of an internal hydraulic locking system for diesel injectors, which allows to reduce fuel consumption during idling and low loads. The development of a new effect based on functional analysis and the use of the TRIZ system (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) is shown. At the same time, the effect of resolving technical contradictions is used. The proposed design will allow to increase the range of the fuel flame without changing the performance of the high-pressu… Show more

“…Research is being conducted in this direction all over the world and in Russia, in particular, work aimed at reducing fuel consumption when performing various types of agricultural work was carried out at Omsk Agrarian University [1]. The improvement of the working process is achieved by changing the process of air supply to the combustion chamber [2][3], changing the fuel composition [4], the method of fuel supply [5][6] and the exhaust gas recirculation system [7][8][9][10][11].…”
