This study examines the improvement of the quality of education management, education personnel, and social studies subject educators. The study focuses on improving the quality of education management, educators, and education personnel, specifically in social studies subjects. The method used in this research is Library Research. The research stages include 1) Data collection, which is carried out by collecting written data from books, journals, and articles relevant to the model being analyzed, and 2) Data analysis, namely content analysis, where data obtained from literary reading materials is analyzed in depth. The result of this research is that improving the quality of Management is needed to improve the quality of educators in social studies subjects and education staff so that implementing activities in an educational institution runs optimally, effectively, and efficiently. Compared to the preceding years, the Management of educators and education workers at the school or institution that was visited has started showing signs of improvement in their overall performance. The use of certification and the supply of benefits as a mechanism to increase educator welfare is beginning to function even though there are still specific inadequacies in the system.

Asia Muslim Charity Foundation (AMCF) as an Islamic philanthropic institution has been a very important role in the sustainability and improvement of the quality of Islamic education in Indonesia. This research aims to formulate and describe the role of AMCF as an Islamic philanthropic in developing education at the Ma'had Al-Birr Muhammadiyah University of Makassar. This research used a descriptive-qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used open interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the research show that first, the successful implementation of education at Ma'had Al-Birr is due to the high commitment of Ma'had leaders and Unismuh Makassar in carrying out the vision, mission, and goals of Ma'had education. Second, the form of educational management development implemented at Ma'had Al-Birr is the development of physical infrastructure, human resource development, and the transformation of Ma'had into the Undergraduate (S1) program. The transformation of Ma'had to the bachelor program includes teacher management, leadership management, curriculum management, facilities and infrastructure management, student management, and financial management which are integrated with the academic system of the University of Muhammadiyah Makassar.

The research raises the problem of evaluating the effectiveness of directors of secondary schools in the Republic of Uzbekistan, substantiates the importance of evaluating the effectiveness of school directors. The purpose of the research is to develop proposals and recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of directors of secondary schools. In the theoretical part of the research, the analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of the elaboration of the content and criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of directors of secondary schools. The directors of secondary schools of the Republic of Uzbekistan attended the research. The results obtained provide a basis for evaluating the effectiveness of the work of directors of secondary schools.
