Today, education, medicine, business, and all other fields rely heavily on computers. This reliance is increased much when both professionals and academic level students have to conduct research projects. This reliance is indicated by the availability and utility of the software, which is an integral part of computer technology. Hence, by keeping in view the importance of SPSS in research, we scrutinized the significant factors behind Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) adoption and acceptance. We executed an experimental approach and gathered data from n= 300 young researchers studying in the n= 4 public sector universities in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, Pakistan. By adopting the primary variables from the Technology Acceptance Model, we proposed and a study model and examined it by using Smart-PLS. Findings showed that perceived ease of use and usefulness are significantly associated with Quantitative Research. Here, perceived ease of use and usefulness also indicated their interrelationship to validate the technology acceptance further. As a result, we also found a significant relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived usefulness, and SPSS technology acceptance. In simple terms, ease of use and valuable outcomes are the primary reasons behind SPSS acceptance among Pakistani students. Thus, we conclude that today, when technology has facilitated all the fields of life, research and development is another major field that is availing enormous advantages from the technology acceptance, integration, and execution. We recommend that SPSS usage should be encouraged for research purposes. Educational institutions should introduce new courses regarding SPSS learning and use them to further increase quantitative research aptitude among students.

The purpose of this study was to describe learning planning, implementation of learning, and evaluation of Islamic religious education learning at SLB Negeri Gunungsari Boonegoro during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study used qualitative research apprtoaches with descriptive methods. The data collection methods are interviews and documentation. The data were collected by interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used an interactive analysis model which included four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This study found that (1) planning lessons for blind and mentally retarded students, analyzing effective days, compiling syllabus, planning learning programs and conducting assessments, teachers are more concerned with the availability of visual aids as media in the learning process; (2) the implementation of learning for blind and mentally retarded students emphasizes direct application or practice of reading iqra' for mentally retarded and procedures for carrying out prayers for the blind with concrete objects or real objects; (3) evaluation of learning outcomes of Islamic religious education for blind and mentally retarded children evaluation is more measured from the results of direct observation and practice.

Purpose: The study intends to assess the effect of transformational leadership on the job satisfaction of government employees in Jordan in order to further investigate this phenomenon. Theoretical framework: Worldwide public sector companies were facing numerous operational difficulties as a result of the Corona pandemic. Among the most important steps implemented to prevent viral spread are lockdowns and social seclusion. However, strategic management and leadership can support overcoming existing difficulties. Design/methodology/approach: Using an acceptable sample technique, the researchers chose the respondents from among human resource staffers working for public sector organizations. Additionally, regression analysis supported the suggested association between the study variables. Findings: The findings showed a significant positive association between transformative leadership and employees' happiness with their jobs in human resources. Research, Practical & Social implications: It has been discovered that, despite the COVID-19 epidemic, transformational leaders support their teams' productivity, which raises commitment to the organization and employee job satisfaction. Originality/value: Regarding the function of transformative leaders, participants also expressed satisfaction and confidence. The researchers advised undertaking additional research to emphasize the importance of leadership in strategically implementing administrative procedures amid global crises at all levels.
