“…The 'RightServicing' approach developed by the IBM Cúram Research Institute (Duggan, 2013;Lee-Archer, 2012;O'Riordan & Duggan, 2014) provides an alternative differentiated service delivery model for organizations providing social, welfare, and workforce services within the public sector.
