Improving patient safety through junior doctor forums

Abstract

On 10th November 2010 the Department of Health, King's Fund, BMJ and NHS Confederation invited 200 junior doctors and managers to come together for the Agents for Change: Collaborating for Quality conference. This was the first time that junior doctors and senior managers have been brought together to explore how they may work better together to improve the quality of care in the NHS.
