Improving Knowledge Management Using Information Technology for Industrial Enterprises

Abstract: Knowledge management may be improved on the basis of information technology and the development and introduction of the corresponding organizational standard. The requirements on knowledge management and the associated documentation and control processes at an enterprise using the 1C:Document Management information system are determined.
