Improving Information Cooperation During Search and Rescue Operations in the Arctic Zone of the Russian Federation

Abstract: A complex analysis of the security situation in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation shows the limited independent capabilities of the EMERCOM of Russia in solving the problems of search and rescue at sea area across the entire width of territorial waters.
