Improving hydrological forecasts through temporal hierarchal reconciliation

Abstract: <p>Hydrological forecasts at different horizons are often made using different models. These forecasts are usually temporally inconsistent (e.g., monthly forecasts may not sum to yearly forecasts), which may lead to misaligned or conflicting decisions.
