Improving Gender Diversity in the U.S. Coast Guard: Identifying Barriers to Female Retention

Abstract: This report documents the results of a mixed-methods study designed to help identify the root causes of female attrition in the active-duty Coast Guard and develop recommendations that will help mitigate identified barriers to Coast Guard active-duty female retention.
