Website KRS online adalah salah satu sistem yang ada di Universitas Muhammadiyah Magelang yang digunakan oleh civitas akademia (termasuk dosen, mahasiswa dan tenaga kependidikan) untuk merekap data akademik mahasiswa dalam jumlah yang tidak sedikit. Untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh efektif dan efisiennya dari sistem tersebut maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi. Evaluasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini menggunakan usability testing dengan menggunakan lima kategori yaitu learnability, memorability, efficiency, errors, dan satisfaction. Kelima indikator tadi direpresentasikan dalam bentuk pernyataan kuesioner dan disebarkan secara daring kepada pengguna website KRS online. Adapun total sampel responden adalah sejumlah 118 orang. Metode uji yang digunakan pada penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas yang terdiri dari uji reliabilitas dan uji korelasi. Signifikansi nilai Alpha yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebesar 0.05. Dari hasil uji validitas data yang dilakukan, seluruh indikator memiliki nilai diatas 0.05. Dari hasil uji reliabilitas seluruh pernyataan yang ada pada kuesioner juga memiliki nilai Cronbach’s Alpha sebesar 0.93, yang berarti seluruh pernyataan sesuai. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pada Website KRS Online memiliki nilai paling tinggi pada indikator memorability sebesar 3.97 ini berarti bahwa Website KRS Online mudah diingat navigasi dan tata letaknya untuk mendapatkan informasi. Sedangkan untuk nilai terendah dari kelima indikator adalah pada indikator error dengan nilai sebesar 3 ini berarti bahwa pada Website KRS Online masih ditemukan banyak kesalahan atau error baik itu pada brokenlink, atau pada navigasi yang ada.

The teacher-student relationship on online education platforms is quite complex. The learning habits of different-type students and the non-contact interaction on the online education platforms make it difficult for online and offline teaching to form a synergetic relationship spontaneously, thus researching the method to construct a synergetic teaching-learning relationship between teachers and students in the context of online-offline mixed teaching is of high value. However, currently few scholars have viewed the problem of synergy mechanism of online-offline mixed teaching from a macro perspective, so in order to fill in this research gap, this paper aims to study the synergy mechanism of online-offline mixed teaching by analyzing the key factors in teacher-student relationship, including the students’ background information, personality characteristics, learning preferences, learning behavior habits, types and features of the teacher-student relationship, and the interaction fitness of teachers and students, etc. In the paper, the teacher-student relationship was classified by the normal distribution division method, the calculation process of the interaction fitness degree of teachers and students was given, and a model was constructed for evaluating the synergy degree of online-offline mixed teaching. The experimental results gave a statistic of each evaluation dimension of teacher-student relationship, which had verified the effectiveness of the constructed model.

The Online Credits Hour (KRS) application is one of the existing systems at the University of Muhammadiyah Magelang where the academic community, including lecturers, students, and education staff, produces a large amount of student academic data. Evaluation is necessary to find out whether the system runs well. This study is an effort to evaluate the system employing a usability test consisting of five indicators, namely learning ability, memory, efficiency, errors, and satisfaction. The five indicators materialized in the form of questionnaires to online KRS users. The survey involved 118 respondents. The method of study includes validity and reliability tests. The validity test employs a correlation test. The reliability test uses a simple linear regression analysis test and the comparison uses the significance value Alpha equals 0.05. The validity test for all five indicators results in value above 0.05. The reliability test of all the answers in the questionnaire has a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.93, which suggests that the whole has correspondence. The evaluation results show that the KRS Online application has the highest value in the memorability indicator at 3.97, indicating that the KRS Online application is easily accessible with easy procedures to obtain data. The lowest value is on the error indicator at a level of 3, which means that the KRS Online website shows many errors, such as a broken link or poor navigation.
