Improving Distributed Decision Making in Inventory Management: A Combined ABC-AHP Approach Supported by Teamwork

Abstract: The need of organizations to ensure service levels that impact on customer satisfaction has required the design of collaborative processes among stakeholders involved in inventory decision making.
