Improving creativity among SME employees: exploring the role of organization-based self-esteem and psychological capital

Abstract: PurposeUnlike multinational companies, small and mid-size enterprises (SMEs) have budget constraints and, thereby, cannot invest heavily in improving the creativity of employees.
