Improving Care by Using Patient Feedback

Abstract: Why we wrote this review Research into patient experience feedback is relatively recent, gathering pace in the 1990s. Research into how healthcare providers then use this data to improve services is at an early stage. We wrote this review to bring together emergent themes and to provide practitioners, policy makers and the public with an overview of the findings of current NIHR-funded research and to influence debate, policy and practice on the use of patient experience data.
