Improving awareness of the HCR-20 and risk assessment process

Abstract: BACKGROUND: In 2011 Mrs A assaulted two people, one who died. In the hours prior to the attack she made multiple attempts to gain help including attending accident and emergency, contact with an inpatient service and the police.
